something to do

so i'm currently busy trying to move all my songs from my old computer to my new one. it's taking a loooong time. but i need to learn how to type on this new one (laptop instead of desktop) so i'm taking some time to write in here.

so here's what i've been up to: EVERYTHING! i've been sooooo busy i can't stand it. i've had some great weekends with some great friends. i've been packing and going through all the clothes that don't fit me and trying to get ready for anniversary parties and weddings and such. it's been non-stop. and i have so much left to do before i leave in 2 weeks. it's crazy. and i get home from work and the gym and i just don't want to do anything but watch tv or read or something. so i'm not getting as much done as i need to. i decided to stop working earlier than i had planned, just to give myself some time at the camp and some extra time to run errands. it's going by so fast. it doesn't help that i've been so busy at work. it was kinda nice that today was less busy you know? but i've mostly gotta start going to bed earlier and getting up on time. i've been getting up late, which just sets a bad pace for the day.

anyway. i'm going to nyc this weekend to visit david. i'm really excited. i'm totally dragging him to chinatown with me. my parents say he hates it there. hehehe. well i've never been and i'm obsessed with chinese food. and i wanna get some rice bowls if i can find them. it'll be good to spend some time with him.

that's another thing i'm lookin forward to about being in/near a big city - different restaurant choices. can you tell i'm obsessed with food??? not that i'll have enough money to try any of them. but i might see if my parents will take me to this kinda expensive russian restaurant. i just want some pelmeni and blini if they have them. or maybe they have shashlyk. oooo i'd be so excited. :)

so what else is going on? well i'll write a private entry about a few things. that's next. i don't even know if people read this anymore. god knows no one else updates. you all suck! (ok, not really. but update more often, will ya! you're makin me feel like a livejournal freak.)

ok, i'm done with this entry. yep, that's it. sorry it wasn't more thrilling. :)
